Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New users get a one-week free trial of Premium. You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can stop before it ends at no cost.

Subscriptions & payments

• Premium is paid for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) via Razorpay.
• You can cancel anytime. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; it is not renewed thereafter.
• Because Premium unlocks digital content immediately, all sales are final and fees already paid are non-refundable.

Limited exceptions

The only cases in which we return a payment are those we are legally or contractually obliged to honour:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same period.
• A refund required under applicable law, or under the policies of the app store or payment provider through which you purchased.

Any approved exception is returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

How to cancel

Cancel from the app (Profile / subscription settings) or email contact@svas.life with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
