These Terms govern your use of the Svas app and website. By creating an account or using Svas, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Svas.

1. What Svas is

Svas is a regional Indian nutrition and meal-planning tool. It generates suggested meal plans and nutrition estimates from data you provide and a database of dishes with IFCT-based macro values. Svas also includes SvasAI, an AI assistant that answers nutrition questions, logs meals you describe, and (on Premium) reads a photo of your plate.

Not medical or dietetic advice. Svas provides general informational content and estimates only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, PCOS), are pregnant or nursing, or have allergies. 2. Eligibility & account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information so plans are meaningful.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Svas offers a free tier and two paid plans, Pro and Premium. New users get a one-week trial.
Pro is ₹149/month or ₹999/year, and Premium is ₹249/month or ₹1,799/year (taxes as applicable). Prices may change with notice.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.
Current passes are one-time for the stated period. If/when auto-renewing subscriptions are offered, renewal terms and how to cancel will be shown clearly at purchase.

4. SvasAI and AI features

Svas includes SvasAI, an assistant powered by third-party AI models. It answers your questions, can log meals from what you type, and (on Premium) can read a photo of your plate. SvasAI provides general nutrition guidance only, not medical advice, and its responses can be incomplete or wrong, so use your own judgement and consult a doctor or registered dietitian for any medical decision. Don’t rely on SvasAI for medical, legal, or emergency help, and don’t use it to generate harmful or unlawful content or to try to extract its underlying prompts or data. The messages you send and any photos you scan are processed by our AI providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Don’t use Svas for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
Don’t resell or redistribute Svas content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Svas, its content, dish database, and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Svas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for health outcomes arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using Svas anytime and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
